Dubrovnik Airport Reviews

A small and quiet airport. I was there at about 6-7 AM and it was mostly empty. The only bad thing was that the 7 euro sandwich that I bought was probably made a few days ago and it felt like I was eating cardboard.

So at first I was sitting in the first floor cafe lounge but they closed that around 11 pm but the workers said there is comfortable space up on the third floor and they were right. Great couches and lounge area. Felt secure with a few other sleepers.

Airport does not close at night. Out of season it’s mostly empty, but still has a few people sleeping there. Upper floor above cafe has a small corner which is quite dark when you’re still and can be comfortable when you have a mattress.
Free water fountain next to downstairs bathroom.

Free Charging Box however when I tried to use on my Samsung S10 Phone;came up with Yellow Warning Triangle.This is using the cables from box 1 to 4;each cable having many different cable heads for different phones.I was however able to use European 2 Prong Socket and fast charged my phone as if in a normal power socket.Note that this way;you will need to use your own phone chargerThus I recommend use European Socket until issues with cables resolved;shame regarding cables as lots of different types for popular phones

I have to say, that this is the best and I think your only option for your return journey from Crotia. Because the another airport Split is simply terrific airport and you should avoid it at any costs. But Dubrovnik is fairly good, this is what I like about it – Outside the airport there is really beatiful Japanese Garden and If you need to wait for your flight, then this is just perfcet place for it. But inside it is still really crowded.
