What to Expect

pensacola airport guidePensacola Airport (code: PNS) is a small two-level terminal with 12 gates and approximately a half-dozen airside shops and eateries. WiFi is available, and the terminal has several charging stations. Water bottle refill stands are available. Active duty members of the military and their families can find additional comfort at the USO Lounge. See Airport Lounges in the guide below.

Sleeping in Pensacola Airport

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Military Lounge

USO Lounge – The USO offers a free lounge to active members of the US military and their families. Location: Terminal Lobby, 2nd floor, next to the restaurant.

Thirsty? Water bottle filling stations are available free of charge. Locations: Airside, Gates 2, 5, 7 & 8.

Food & Drinks

Most food concessions throughout the airport operate on varying schedules, with some open as early as 4:00 AM. At the time of this update, there are no 24-hour dining options. Food options include: Chick-Fil-A • Einstein Bros Bagels • Pensacola Beach House Restaurant. Vending machines are available Landside.

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so check your bank’s fee schedule and daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: First floor, by the escalator • Across from Einstein Bros. Bagels Restaurant on Concourse between Gates 4 and 6.

Baby Care Facilities – If you are travelling with an infant, there is a baby care room for breastfeeding and diaper changing. Additionally, a family washroom is in the baggage claim area.
