To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down about what to expect during your time at Kaunas International Airport.

What to Expect

The modern, recently renovated terminal at Kaunas Airport (code: KUN) primarily serves low-cost carriers. Facilities include a couple of eateries and shops, though none are open 24 hours, so plan ahead if you’re staying the night. Free WiFi helps pass the time.

Sleeping in Kaunas Airport

Overnight campers should head upstairs for long, metal benches or carpeting to spread out – a sleeping bag provides necessary comfort. For uninterrupted sleep, nearby hotels offer a shuttle service. See our Airport Hotels section below for more info, or read some traveller airport reviews for more tips.
