Ikea has just opened a temporary lounge at Paris’s Charles de Gaulle airport in Terminal 3. Travellers with long layovers can take a nap in one of nine bedrooms. There are also living rooms and children’s play areas. Similar to traditional VIP airport lounges, hostesses greet passengers who can choose to pass the time reading a selection of magazines or watching television.
The lounge will be open from July 13 to August 5, 2012.
The Ikea space is FREE to all passengers.
No word on whether they will be serving meatballs.
