Because of my low budget, I went to the closest Linx bus station and took 3 buses to get close to Walt Disney World, it took me like 2 or 3 hours but hey just for 4 dolars!! – a traveller

What to Expect

Orlando Sanford Airport (Code: SFB) consists of a single building that’s divided into Terminals A and B. Amenities are limited to a few basic eateries and shops, plus free WiFi. No eateries are open 24 hours, so plan ahead if you’re staying the night. Economy class travellers can pay to enter the airport lounge. Sleeping in Orlando Sanford Airport

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Terminal B, Domestic/Upper Level gates.

Currency Exchange – Location: Terminal A, Airside.

Duty Free & Shopping – Duty free is available in Terminal A. Other shopping options are available in both Terminals A and B.

Family Services – If you are travelling with an infant, there are family restrooms for diaper-changing. Mothers needing a private space to nurse their infants can use one of 3 nursing pods. Locations: – Level 1 (2) and Level 2 (1).

Food & Drinks – At the time of this update, there are no known 24-hour food concessions. Terminal A offers 3 restaurants and in Terminal B you will find 8 restaurants and cafes.

Games Arcade – Location: Terminal A next to the escalator. Hours unknown.

Information Desk – If you have any questions, there is an information desk to provide assistance. Location: Terminal B, Level 1, Baggage Claim Area.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.

Observation Deck – Relax and watch planes taking off and landing from the vantage point of the airport’s observation deck. Location: unknown.

Smoking – Smoking is prohibited in the airport, except in designated smoking areas or the airport’s “Smoking Deck”.

Keep in mind that TSA, airline check-in and baggage drop hours vary according to the flight schedule. Check these hours with your airline. If you are in the public area of the terminal (landside) you will not be able to get through to the secure area of the terminal (airside) until the morning.
