What to Expect

Fargo Airport (code: FAR) consists of a small, partially renovated terminal with limited services. The terminal includes a couple of eateries, a gift shop, business centre, and game room. WiFi is available to help pass the time. There are no private lounges at this airport.

Sleeping in Fargo Airport

Seats have armrests, so be prepared to sleep on the floor.  For uninterrupted sleep, there are hotels near the airport that provide free airport shuttles. See Airport Hotels in the guide below or read some traveller airport reviews for more tips.

Duty Free & Shopping – Airport Gift Shop sells North Dakota-made products from 5:00AM until last flight, located landside. An additional gift shop kiosk is located airside, near Gates 3 and 4 in the Departures lounge.

Food & Drinks – At the time of this update, there are no 24-hour dining options. Food options include:

  • Landside: SkyDine Restaurant and Subway – Hours: 5:00AM – last flight
  • Airside: SkyDine Lounge – Hours: 8:00AM – last flight (Mon – Sat) • 11:00AM – last flight (Sun).

Games Room – Location: Airside, Main Level

Information Desk – If you have any question, you can visit the information desk located across from the check-in counters. When the desk is not staffed, automated airport information is available.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.

Mobile Charging – The airport’s business centers have comfortable sit-down areas featuring free WiFi and 120v power outlets. Locations are available throughout the terminal.
