A few airport reviews from the archives

I've slept in this airport a couple times, mostly by the Continental terminals.
In the main area after the security checkpoint, near where the Burger King is, there are comfy leather couches, but they've always been occupied when I've been there.
I typically find a quiet corner; there are several little-used hallways. Once I found a gate that was no longer in use, and climbed behind the little counter that the airline staff would stand behind. A couple times, security has woken me up to ask what I was doing in the airport, but I explained that I was a broke college student waiting for a flight home and showed them my ticket, and they let me go back to sleep.

America West Terminal - You can't sleep in the gated area 'cause they close it after 11, there is NO seating, the floor is tiled and cold, there's nowhere to get food, there's no lockers to store your stuff (or there are, but they're in the gated area, which is closed). Worst. sleep. ever."
