"great for sleeping, because its so completely void of
activity, especially around Christmas time. things pick up a bit
in the summer, but not much. Victoria is this black hole of
niceness, where there are very few bad people around, so its
pretty safe. the only really bad thing about it is its BORING.
there are four video games, nine payphones, a tiny bookstore and a
lousy cafeteria with old food and senior citizens wandering about
everywhere. it's like a trip to see your grandparents on a much
larger scale."
