OVB Airport Overview
To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down about what to expect during your time at Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport.
What to Expect
Novosibirsk Airport (code: OVB) is divided into Terminal A for domestic flights and Terminal B for international destinations. The terminals are connected landside. In general, Terminal A has more dining and shopping options, including upwards of 20 eateries and cafes, a variety of duty-free and souvenir shops, free WiFi, and pay-to-use showers. Several eateries are open 24 hours, perfect for late-night snacks. Economy class passengers can pay to enter several airport lounges. Sleeping in Novosibirsk Airport
An old traveller review mentions armrest-free benches that offer decent rest spots, but we don’t know their exact location. Bring earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones to combat the noise that comes with a busy international airport. For uninterrupted sleep, hotels are nearby, including two within walking distance of the main entrance. ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Location: Terminal A and Terminal B (only 1 machine).
Baggage Trolleys – Need a hand with your luggage? Baggage trolleys are available. Location: Terminal A entrance (Domestic) and Terminal B entrance (International). Rate: In Terminal A, the fee to use the trolleys is 5 rubles. In Terminal, they are available free of charge.
Currency Exchange – Bank Levoberezhniy. Location: International terminal. Hours: Open for currency trading from 8:00AM – 12:00AM daily.

Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free is available as well as a small selection of shops including 3 locations of Khoroshie Novosti minimarket.
Food & Drinks – The airport offers a good variety of restaurants and coffee shops (20 locations) in both Terminals. At the time of this update, the hours are not known. Plan ahead.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Lockers are available. Location: Ground Floor, section B. Hours: open 24 hours. Rate: 300 RUB/luggage/day or part thereof and 100 RUB/outdoor clothing/day or part thereof.
Luggage Wrapping – Luggage wrapping services are located in the departure zone, landside, of terminals A and B. The cost per unit is 300 rubles.

Mother and Child Room – A special room has been designed for mothers, with children under the age of 7 or disabled children up to 14 years old, to wait for their flights. The room is equipped with a kitchen, bedrooms (with cots and beds), playroom, and a washroom. Location: unknown. Hours: open 24 hours. Rate: free.
Pharmacy – Pharmacy chain 36.6 has an outlet at the airport. Location: Terminal A, Arrival Zone.
Postal Services – Drop off your last minute postcards at the airport’s post office. Location: Terminal A, Arrivals area. Hours: 8:00AM – 1:00PM; 2:00PM – 5:00PM (Mon-Fri).
Showers – Location: Terminal A. Rate: 100 rubles.

Smoking – Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the terminal.
WiFi/Internet – Free WiFi is available at Novosibirsk Airport. Connect to the Avantel, Beeline or MTS Operators and follow the instructions.
Bus
Route 111E is an express bus service between the airport, main bus station and Novosibirsk Glavny train station for 44 RUB one-way. Route 112 offers service between the airport and MEGA Shopping Centre for 33 RUB one-way.

Minibus Taxi
Route 312 links the airport with Novosibirsk Glavny train station, with departures as frequent as every 5 minutes during peak times.
Train
Electric train service links the airport to the main bus station and Novosibirsk Glavny train station via “Aeroflot” train stop, located about 1 ¼ miles from the airport.
