On our way from London to Paris via Eurostar we stayed the night at St Pancras International. At first we were planning to stay in the adjacent Kings Cross station when a very nice staff member told us that they close during the night and to go to St Pancras. My friends and I slept in the big comfy chairs at Starbucks (we bought one drink and treat and they never bothered us). It was a bit drafty but we had our sleeping bags with us and a few other travelers joined us. Overall a good night and I couldn't believe no one bothered us for the entire night!

"They all close down at about 1 am, and the staff will chuck you out at around that time - don't bother trying. Most of them are bloody cold and windy in the winter as well. If you're simple waiting for an hour or so in winter for a train that leaves late at night, try finding a seat on an Underground (subway to Americans) platform - they're usually warmer, but the benches are all moulded metal and impossible to lie down on.
