"The Monrovia airport was pleasant enough (and a drastic
imporvement over elsewhere in Liberia). The seats were
comfortable, all the workers were friendly (especially customs).
And once you got past the doors security tightened up. However
there are a few things to know. The bathrooms are pretty scary
and there were enough (human) pests around to make somebody want
to chase themselves. I WOULD NOT SLEEP IN THIS AIRPORT! I do
suggest getting there hours early for the flight because check
in is noisy, confusing, and honestly a bit of a fight. Of course
I'm bitter because the airlines almost had me left in Liberia
because of some illegitimate excuse. Get past check in and you
are golden."
