"Was forced to sleep on plastic chairs at a table, but they wouldn't mind if you kipped on the floor. Warm enough, and not too many announcements. Staff woke me whenever a plane left for somewhere they vaguely expected I was going, not too often and pretty useful. Chairs in dept lounge are massive and comfy - try to blag your way in early if you can for a luxurious night..."
